Payment milestones
Projects are paid in milestones defined in your proposal, so payments align with work delivered. No payment is requested before you have reviewed a written proposal.
Cancelling before work begins
If you cancel after paying but before work has started, the refund terms in your agreement apply. We aim to keep these fair and straightforward.
Cancelling during a project
If a project is cancelled partway through, fees generally cover work completed to that point. Completed deliverables are handed over as described in your agreement.
Third-party costs
Costs paid to third parties on your behalf, such as domains, themes or software subscriptions, may not be refundable.
Ongoing services
Ongoing growth or maintenance services can be ended with the notice period stated in your agreement.
